Having successfully completed the main Burton Burton & Ho website, they came back to ask us to develop an online case tracking system.
The system we developed integrated into the existing website and was coded using ASP to manipulate the results output daily as XML files from their case management system.
The service is on a purely optional basis for their clients, however the majority have made use of this convenient feature, which also reduces the amount of verbal and written correspondence involved in cases, allowing enhanced concentration on resolving cases.
our site is cross-browser compatible, accessible to users and search engines and we have tested in internet explorer 6, mozilla firefox, safari, netscape 7 and opera browsers for w3c standards compliance.
